This Valentine’s Day, we have not one, but TWO super fun experiments:

Grow Crystals with Borax: A dazzling demonstration of a heart shaped crystallization using borax to create sparkly, beautiful crystals!

Heart-Shaped Balloon Blow-Up: Students will follow along with an acid-base reaction to blow up heart-shaped balloons—learning science and having fun at the same time!
Materials for EACH PAIR:

White Vinegar (½ cup)

Baking Soda (1 tbsp)

Measuring Cups (½ cup and 1 tbsp)

Food Coloring

Funnel
-
Empty Plastic Water Bottle

Live Virtual Workshop | March 5 from 1:30 - 2:30 pm EST
This Ramadan, we’re bringing science and technology together for an exciting hands-on workshop! Students will:

Explore the Phases of the Moon: Learn about the phases of the moon and how they play an important role in marking the start of Ramadan.

Use Micro:Bits for Interactive Learning: Students will use Micro:Bits to create a mini interactive project that visually represents the changing phases of the moon, combining science and tech in a fun, engaging way.
